      Poor HR policies and unprofessional behavior from the HR department. Lack of transparency between company policies and employees. Management is heavily influenced by internal politics. Managers are unsupportive — employees are expected to agree with everything without question. Low salary compared to industry standards. Also ask to sign 2 years bond
