Managers are unsupportive — employees are expected to agree with everything without question. Low salary compared to industry standards. Also ask to sign 2 years bond

- You will not learn anything. Legacy systems still run here. Basically, forget about learning new and advanced technologies. - Pathetic salary and appraisal system. You can only survive the politics if you are you're immediate boss' camcha/chamchi - The management level is least interested in growth of company and do partiality. - Nobody is motivated to change/bring the change. - The politics will bring your morale down. - 2 years compulsory bond even for experienced people. - Manager will keep a tab on how many time you go to washroom/chai break/time spent on lunch/what time you are coming and going.
