Floify reviews about "benefit"

As with any company there are always some growing pains but I wouldn't call them cons. Floify has come incredibly far since I first joined the team in terms of employee onboarding and training, internal communication, and developing SOPs. There are still improvements to be made but they are always moving in the right direction. Sometimes it can be tough to keep up with the changes but as long as you are able and willing to adapt, change isn't necessarily a con.

This company has the worst leadership that I have ever seen. If you like being overworked and under-appreciated, this company is for you. The system has an insane number of bugs in which they ignore, has had security breaches, and crashes almost every day. Their benefits are terrible and they are constantly trying to figure out ways to pay their employees less money, even when they are putting in 55+ hours per week. There are no growth opportunities and you will consistently feel like you have no direction.

Terrible benefits package, looking to retire? ...no 401K match...looking to have a family? RUN our parental leave is sad. Looking to be rewarded for hard work? Not for you! The cool thing here is that when you do good work they pile on more work because no one wants to work here. However, the family favorites will see rewards. The company sees everyone as a little piggie who's lucky to have a job. They don't care about anyone as human beings. The compensation, time off, benefits, and treatment overall reflect their values - which include money for themselves.

This company has the worst leadership you could ever imagine. Not only will they fire employees on a whim for no reason, there is no direction from the leadership team or vision for the future. Furthermore, it is a highly nepotistic work environment with extreme micromanagement.

There are none at all!
