      Pros

      The New Leadership of Floify along with its awesome employees is taking this company to new heights. Leadership truly cares about every person on the team and they give you the autonomy, tools, and a voice to make a difference. If you want to be a part of a company that values its people and its clients I highly recommend this Company.

      Cons

      Not sure if it is a Con but this is a smaller organization that is still in growth mode. This means that there are still things that can be improved upon, their will be growing pains and not everything is perfect.
