Pros
Great health insurance 401k + ESPP Brand recognition
Cons
Like so many others, I had heard many great things about working at Salesforce. Unfortunately, I think the days of this being a great job are long gone. The move from "Ohana" to "High Performance Culture" is very apparent in everything that's going on - they don't even try to hide it. - your success is dependent on the territory you're given - as a new AE, you will most likely be given a territory that will underperform, roughly 20 or so accounts - your performance highly depends on your coprimes, or other AEs, who help you sell other products, sometimes they are great to work with, sometimes they don't even show up to meetings - RTO and office politics are rampant and distracting from the core responsibilities - leadership does not practice what they preach (Marc demands 5 day RTO but is quoted as "I've always been a remote employee myself") - work/life balance is poor for a tech company this size, I often feel as though I'm being asked to work ~50 hour weeks highly recommend looking elsewhere for Sales roles.
