Pros
Nice people generally. Nice offices. Flexible working. Vast improvement in benefits offered in the past year. Many benefits that are helpful for those who need more flexible working due to childcare needs etc. Good maternity pay and policies that pertain to to women-specific concerns. A lot of inclusion initiatives/groups/interest groups you can get involved with.
Cons
Enforced office days as a result of having to conform with overarching Omnicom requirements from America. If you find yourself on a not so great team, you may find yourself demoralised and unable to progress. Salary rises are meagre and have been paused a lot recently. Quite underpaid overall. A lot of redundancies lately and always seem a bit out of the blue to those it impacts. Not very diverse.
