    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RAPP in July 2010.

    Interview

Seems like you're expected to interview for lots of people. You start with the big boss and then kind of work your way down. It's difficult to know who the real decision-maker is, or if it's a combination of impressions. Everyone was very friendly, but they seemed a bit distracted, like they really didn't have time the to spend. That made it a bit stressful.
