I have been working at RAPP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good work-life balance, friendly coworkers, dogs in the office, work from home options, supportive management, clear and realistic roles and responsibility, good culture, good benefits and pay, open communication from upper management about the company's future, lots of additional training opportunities, great collaboration between teams/departments

    Cons

All the fun culture stuff can be distracting (but in a good way most of the time), "work hard, play hard" is great if you're not the last step in the project and end up having to stay late due to the play hard mentality.

I have been working at RAPP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

RAPP's positioning as data-driven Agency bodes well for where industry is headed and ensures access to a variety of OMC clients and projects

    Cons

Agency life can be unpredictable (and sometimes downright chaotic) and RAPP isn't always above that fray

I have been working at RAPP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some nice people work at Code.

    Cons

Minimises people and their skills. Doesn't invest in people. Purely on the production side. Information retention to keep people down. Not honest about jobs and company values.

I have been working at RAPP full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Work life balance is decent

    Cons

There are certain employees that are protected and kept through good and bad times. The former local managing director and her side-kick have been moved around from new business, to operations to leadership, back to corporate even when the sr leader (she's been kept for 25 years) didn't perform and drive business and retain clients or win new business All this while hundreds of employees have been let go through the years. This company is all about favorites, but the proof is in the numbers. The business has declined significantly because leadership isn't held ACCOUNTABLE for the performance of the company.

I worked at RAPP full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are a sprinkling of good people in the trenches. Great work being done in the other markets and around the world. NOT IN THE DALLAS OFFICE

    Cons

Creative is poor in the Dallas office. Creative leadership has no courage. If you’re a young creative you’ll be brought in and run though the grinder for mediocre to sub par work. ECD seems to be like-able but just doesn’t have what it take to do amazing work. ECD role at Rapp is basically the account director or a figure head. No true creative leadership with any kind of pedigree. Run for the hills!!!!! avoid at all costs!!!!!
