great benefits and perks, really smart people with a ton of enthusiasm about the company and product, entrepreneurial culture, great communication and transparency from senior executives, little turnover, lots of internal mobility
Cons
limited resources can make the job feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have the ability to be as proactive and strategic as you'd like when you have too much on your plate. sales organization has a lot of politics, which makes it tough to advance even if you're a strong performer.
