If you can get into advisory do it. Everything else stinks here.
Cons
The rules for career progression suck. The pay can be better anywhere. Remember this is a partnership NOT a corporation so pay come out of partners pockets. They talk the big volunteer talk but dont walk the talk. Story time: I was hired and told that I had to stay in my position for one year, which they know I was EXTREMELY over qualified for. 5 Days before my anniversary they made an announcement that it would not be 2 years before anyone can move.
