Most of the managers have no idea what is going on during the audit. They will come in the week before sign off and tell you to change a million things you already brought to there attention before. Managers are more concerned about staying under their budget than ensuring the safety of their staff. No work life balance. If you are a commuter, good luck ever having time to yourself. Can get scheduled on a busy client for a full year while others only get the typical 1 or 2 busy clients. The explanation you’ll get is “it happens”.
