I hate the every process followed. Manger thinks that he/she is following the process correctly. Infact they are not.Nobody teach you/guide you properly when you join into the team.. You feel like you are directly jumped into ocean without knowing swimming. You do not find your life if your are joining such projects.. Long working hours.. No proper management... No work life balance at all.......not at all employee friendly..... Worst management... Worst workcilture....
