I found no best reasons to work with accenture in my exp

Very bad work culture, i used to work even when I’m not well and on sick leave. I was always asked to login during my leave time and work for sometime. I have not even learnt one relevant skill that i want in my growth direction and there are lot of support projs compared to dev projs and i was one of the victim of support project and in my 2 yrs of exp with accenture i haven’t learnt a single skill. I have requested my manager many a times for relieving from proj as it is not aligned with my growth but as i said, bad work culture, I didn’t even got response my manager used to see it leave it. This has had very bad impact on my career and forced me to resign my job even though it is recession and opportunities are less. And the most funny part is that i have been trained in java spring boot for 6 months and not even worked on it for once😂. They randomly allocate projs for employees without even considering their skillset and interest and knowledge which i think is poorest part here. So overall this is not at all a recommended company for a fresher as well as experienced who are looking for career growth. PS : this is my personal exp, might not be valid for all the individuals but with confidence i can say this would be valid for majority of the individuals in the company.
