* Internal role assignment is a mess. Unless you know the right people or have built the right connections, it is essentially impossible to find roles that suits your skill with current market condition. Strong sense of being "left hanging" * Work/life balance really depends on project and assignment. Generally domestic assignment (ANZ) would be all right, but overseas opportunities are mixed
