Despite being a large company and well recognized in some sectors, the "lower" levels do not receive the support and benefits that the company says to provide for all employees. The leaders are not open to listening to the employee, there is no career plan, although there is a specific career path channel, the manager does not provide equal opportunities for everyone, the salary is below the market, many people are leaving the company and the managers are not doing anything to change this situation. It is not a company where the employee has a prospect of professional growth.
