There is a lot of difference with the salaries inside the same team and for the exact same position. We have a very big lack of communication between employees and manager. Managers don't care a all about employees and when you go to them, they are just trying to push you out as fast as possible without solving any issue. They reward you for your absences and lack of work instead of your accomplishment at work. In case you need a work permit just forget it and don't come here. And don't forget if you think we are on the same boat with our managers, that mean they 've secured themselves with a promotion.
