Pros
Accenture is a global company and have it's strengths and brand value - the amount of knowledge and assets in huge. As a global organization, Accenture is pretty decent. Though every local office is managed locally and can be very different. It as a very wide range of projects and people.
Cons
Accenture though have a global brand, can have a very different culture and management in local office. Accenture in Riga is some 300 people. The upper management is few closed group of people who mismanages and creates a mess in daily basis. In last six months almost 30% of people are fired and at the same time it seems hiring is going on. Bias, politics, favouritsm is widespread.
