I really appreciate Accenture's "Conduct Counts" program, which reinforces Accenture's commitment to its core values and describes the behaviors that we expect from—and for—our people so that they can be at their best each day. In addition to being ethical, Accenture encourages its people to innovation - for itself and for its clients - every day. One of the programs that encourages employees is the Inventor Award Program, which recognizes Accenture employees that file patent applications or are named inventors on issued patents.
Cons
Accenture not only brings an innovative spirit to itself, but also to its own processes. This is very exciting, but can be a big adjustment for employees who join from companies that are slow to change.
