Pros
A great company for both freshers and senior experienced professionals. The flexible work environment and employee friendly policies make it an excellent place to work and grow.
Cons
The cab service could be improved. For mid-level professionals, career growth opportunities may feel limited at times, and the work environment can become stagnant depending on the project. Before joining, I would strongly recommend getting clarity on the project you'll be assigned to and its long-term roadmap. One challenge I have faced repeatedly is redeployment, often due to project contracts not being renewed or extended, which can create uncertainty regarding future assignments.
