Amazing work/life balance, variety of tasks and developmental opportunities, and some of the best people I've ever worked with in my 12+ year career! BSC is definitely an employer that cares about it's employees and it's customers. It's wonderful being part of an organization that gives back so much to both groups!

Some typical struggles in a large organization of changes or solutions taking some time to implement or get answers/assistance to questions.

Now that I'm trained on a few areas it is very diverse and every day is different. Getting to voice your opinions on investigations and being heard is very rewarding to know your contributing to saving someone's life

It was very slow to start with which didn't suit me. I spent weeks on end just doing bathing and not been given any work to do, it drive me crazy because I actually wanted to work.

I worked part-time at the weekends on a 24 hr contract plus the option to do extra hours during the week
