Worked with very friendly people
Cons
No work life balance as a contractor forced to stay on night shift, blocked by senior staff from transferring to other shifts. Agency fixed term contracts extended beyond the the legal 4 years. Full time positions already filled before there advertised with the interview process setup. Senior management view is that any body that leaves Boston Scientific leave to go to a lesser company Egotistical by any standard. High turnover of support staff but they hide this by getting agencies to advertise the open positions and keep their name out of the limelight. The latest drive is to place trainees on the night shift because they can't fill the vacancies. They boast about the best place to work , far from it when you see it from the inside

healthcare, yearly bonus, subsidised canteen. pay is ok if you are single, young and have no overheads like a mortgage. hours are ok and work life balance not bad if you can afford not to do overtime. unrecognised union but they have achieved substantial changes to the system that was currently in place in regards pay and conditions.
Cons
starting pay of €22.5k is very low for someone with family/mortgage etc. this goes up €500 per year until it reaches €27.5k. overtime has gone down a lot recently meaning people may struggle financially. very hard to get a promotion unless you go back to college and get a qualification and even at that it's who you know not what you know.
