Lots of possibilities to learn new tech, multicultural (mostly) environment, opportunities for networking and making new friends, significant amount of provided benefits

Cons

Complicated and bureaucratic procedures for everything, training-based and bonus-based salary levels and raises (might be considered a Pro for someone), cramped and stuffed office space with few or no natural sunlight
