Media & Content Executive

About the Role

3Dental is looking for a Media & Content Executive to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, working across multiple projects, and getting things done in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in day-to-day content production across social media, photography, video, publishing, editing, and digital content management, while also supporting wider marketing and media projects as required. This is a varied role, and the successful candidate should be comfortable pitching in across different tasks and adapting to the changing needs of a fast-paced working environment.

We are looking for someone creative, organised, reliable, comfortable on camera, and able to work within a professional healthcare environment while still bringing fresh ideas and personality to the content.

This role will work closely with our existing media and marketing team and offers strong opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Filming and editing video content
• Photography and image editing
• Assisting with content planning, scheduling, publishing and reporting
• Creating branded graphics, titles and motion graphic elements
• Uploading and organising website content
• Working across multiple ongoing projects with fast turnaround times
• Assisting with wider marketing and media tasks as required

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics workflows
• Understanding of social media content formats and platform best practices
• Experience with content scheduling, publishing and reporting
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working collaboratively with video subjects and team members
• Good written English for captions and content review
• Willingness to learn new systems and workflows
• Interest in social media trends, modern content styles and digital storytelling

Desirable Skills

• Photography experience
• Experience filming with mirrorless or DSLR cameras
• Experience with lighting, microphones and gimbals
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance
• Interest in content strategy and audience engagement
• Experience using AI tools within creative workflows

Role Details

• Role starts at 30 hours per week with scope to increase to full time
• This role is based at our Red Cow clinic
• Opportunity for increased responsibility and progression over time

Pay: €15.00-€19.00 per hour
