The interview process is just the same as everyone states below. However, I was actually contacted by a college recruiter who saw my resume on my school database. After that I had one phone interview with the hiring manager and was then invited to the Pleasanton offices for 5-6 one on one interviews. Very very laid back interviews. Just try to relate to your interviewer as best as possible. It was very friendly and I think they just want to know if they can get along with you in the workplace for 8-10 hours a day! Be yourself, happy, smiling, and confident.
