      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Cerritos, CA) in Oct 2018

      Interview

After submitting resume, the candidate if selected will take an online test for electrical knowledge and schematic reading, rigging, welding, and mechanical knowledge. If you pass the test you are to do a hands-on test by supervisors who don't have any experience in the job they are testing for. If you pass, then you will have an interview with some supervisors and managers. Pass that and you are in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Industrial electrical is the biggest and most used skill. You need to be able to work on electrical equipment without a schematic or have it memorized enough to work on equipment

      Maintenance Mechanic Interview

      3 Sept 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UPS (Las Vegas, NV) in Jul 2018

      Interview

this was i confusing process.. they tell you about the job and then give u a quick tour of the building then randomly say you need to take a test..the knowledge test is very random questions about electrical things, building, math, welding but more on the industrial side .. Everyone fails this random test and you can take it 3 times weeks apart. each test is completely different then the last ..and no study guides are allowed ..so they want you to fail! unless you have gone to school for this or over the age of 55 and been in the industry for years
