Interview
Not really an interview. It was the first step you had to prove you could show up so they set the time at 0530 am. Then HR just talked at you and walked you around the plant. It would be easy work.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
