Easy interview, be able to have reliable transport and lift 70lbs+. Also must be able to wake up regularly very early (3AM). There is a screening process and separate interview/background check that also require waking up early.
The HR interviewer was responsive and polite during the first round interview, which was mostly to make sure you're a good fit for the company culture. The second interview with the hiring manager was cordial, and it was more to assess fit to the role and your experience in the industry.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you know about our company? How would you describe the industry in the region?
Very constructive, open to explain the process, but offered little information about the whole process. Coul be better at giving such data before commiting the candidate to other processes and references.
Straight forward process - fairly technical
You basically need to just know your stuff.
The interview was about the jd itself, stick to it.
If you are in the industry and you can join the dots to whats not in the jd to their industry standards or the legacy systems they might have- you might crack it.
