I applied online, and was called by HR the next day. They asked if I could get to the warehouse in an hour, which was really short notice. Then there was a quick in-person interview, followed by a tour of the warehouse.
very laid back and quick, they are really looking for workers. As long as you have a good work ethic you will be fine. One thing to note is that it might differ by location

One interview. Simple questions. I was overdressed in a suit. The interviewer was nice. They were looking to fill seasonal staff for the upcoming Christmas season. I was not ultimately hired.

Dont even waste your time look for something else. this job gives low pay with low hours and back breaking manual labor. This place isn't worth the time you take to drive to it.
