I was called by someone who asked me some very basic questions. Later I was called by two other people for another phone interview. This one consisted of questions about my resume and about how I would deal with certain situations.

Multiple questions regarding UPS as a company and about personal experiences. Especially past experiences when you took leadership roles and they will ask about experiences that pertain to the position you are applying for.

Straight forward, 2 people interviewed me. First interview we went over my school projects and school courses. Second person asked more about my career goals. The HR person was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process

It was a test based application with a panel interview. They want to know if your are analytical, can manage a long work schedule and know how to prioritize.
