Was very informative and nice that each person applying was actually taken for a tour to see the locations and responsibility first hand. Options of locations to work and hours available where also given

Most questions revered to my resume. Don't worry if you don't have one. You will be fine.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
