After applying online I received a call by the HR rep, she scheduled a interview a week or so later. I arrived at the facility and they conducted a 3 person panel interview.

The interview process lasted over four weeks before I was given a contingent offer; (based on the results of my background checks). After week two I was called and scheduled for an interview; after the interview I was called a second time and was informed I would need to take a comprehensive knowledge test (similar to a basic state testing which covered comprehension, mathematics and reading.) After the knowledge test, I was called and given a offer contingent on my background check. After the background was completed, I was hired.
