The State Street interview process left me highly disappointed and frustrated. The initial round, scheduled for 45 minutes, was conducted by two senior interviewers but ended in just 30 minutes with average, superficial questions that felt like a mere formality. There was no serious discussion about the role, its requirements, or my skills, and the interviewers seemed to have zero knowledge about the position. The lack of professionalism extended to the recruiters, who have been unresponsive to follow-up emails, leaving me in the dark about the results. Overall, the process felt disorganized and insincere, and I would caution others to manage their expectations if considering opportunities here. Please don’t get bluff if you’re waiting for results it’s a bluff. Recruiters are really bluff I don’t know what they do. It’s insane. Don’t get fool
