best: easy to get, available to nearly all, useful, allows choice, increases with higher performance rating. worst: bonus paid in cash unless you choose otherwise - get hit with a ton of tax if not careful.

They pick and choose the requirements for when you get it . I worked a full year January 1st to December 31st but as I was leaving they refused to give me the bonus although I worked the full year

Benefits package was good but not the best I've had. Pension contribution (there are better offers out there), % of health insurance covered (full cover is out there in packages) and 25 days leave. No club membership.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Transfer Agent Associate 1 in Drogheda, Co. Louth

Holidays are set at 21 with 1 Birthday day off a year. 1 extra day is added each year up until 28 days. Pension Scheme and Shares scheme are beneficial for long term employees. Cycle to work scheme is a great way of keeping fit and a way of getting a bike without much financial sacrifice. Bewell Health program that includes VHI Health insurance.

Poor pay, low pension contribution, only 3/4 VHI on a low package and no gym or other benefits.
