What a weird and negative experience. There was no pre-screen. A recruiter contacted me via email and coordinated a 45 min first interview with the HM and another manager. The HM was 10 minutes late and the other manager sat on mute the whole time while we waited. When the HM showed up, it was clear he had never even looked at my resume and asked very basic questions that could have been answered had he spent 2 minutes preparing. He made me feel like I was wasting his time, despite actually having the qualifications listed on the JD. He cut me off while I was asking a question, said he was busy and had to go... 15 minutes early after showing up 10 minutes late. I feel like I dodged a bullet because I would never work for this man even though it was obvious I wasn't being offered the job. Two months later I got a generic rejection email. Turned me off from State Street permanently and recent reviews seem to back up that you don't want to work here.
