Quick hiring process, interview was pretty straight forward, 30 minute interview with HR and an hour interview with 2 hiring manager. Got a call shortly after the interview with an offer.

Mostly behavioural questions "What would you do in this situation" ,"how have you gone above and beyond for a client", Etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Phone interview first. Straight forward questions about Derivatives and fund knowledge. Basic excel questions. Interviewers were friendly and went through the basic day to day running of the company and about state Street. Make sure to know something about state Street that they wouldn't expect you to know. Research goodnyt question to ask them back.

Interview
Applied in June and got a call about a week after with an employee referral. Interview consists of two parts: one is with the HR manager for approx. 30mins and the other part is with two Seniors from the department which took about another 30mins.
