I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at State Street in Oct 2020

Agency HR contacts me and sets up a technical virtual interview (three more rounds would follow this, another round with India team and two rounds with US team). Half the time was spent on being boastful about the company history/size of operations etc... God save this company, looks like Lehman brothers/ AIG in the making for future recessions.

Question 1

Interview was for React/Node profile, almost no questions related to these technologies were asked instead all questions were focussed on Bootstrap and CSS (!!!) Interviewer was literally obsessed over bootstrap. Only react related question was what is a virtual DOM - which is very philosophical question IMO (interviewer asks this question when they as asking from online react questions)
