I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at State Street (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
behavioral questions only and no real questions regarding your skills, interviewers seemed to be just there. you could tell that they didnt enjoy their job. all you have to do to get the job is prove that you are willing to work long hours
State Street’s fund accounting interview typically involves an initial HR screening, followed by one round with manager. Candidates are assessed on attention to details, communication and collaboration skills. The overall process is smooth, and it takes around 2 weeks.
first stage: short telephone conversation with recruiter, second: online interview with 2 managers (about 1 hour in polish and English), third: after about 2 weeks e-mail informing about choosing another candidate
