It was very simple, as long as you do your research. Started with a phone interview, HR for screening and actually seeing the managers afterwards.
The interview was quite easy and they don't make you feel pressure. Management are inexperience and quite young. The position are often open cause the turnover rate was quite high.

Got an phone interview from HR. She asked very general questions about background and experience, no technique questions. It was not very difficult and the process went well. She told me I may receive intervew notice next week if selected.
