Two interviewers asked questions in a small office room. Was asked all situational questions and did not really break from script for a more personal conversation. No technical questions were asked. It lasted around 30 minutes as well.

Went to the open house and chatted with employees of the firm. Learned a lot about State Street's Future Focus program. Process was a simple behavioral interview. Received a call about continuing the processes, but declined due to other offers.
