The interview was split into two parts - soft skill Talk and accounting knowledge session. The interview itself was lead in two languages: soft skills were in local language (polish), the accounting part in foreign (english).

first is a phone interview first for around 20 mins with the recruiter which asks basic behavioural questions and why you want the job. followed by a in person interview with manager and a VP which is about an hour and asks behavioural questions and some basic questions about financial instruments, so make sure you prep for that.
