1 discussion RH, suivie d'1 discussion informelle avec le manager de l'équipe pour confirmer ma motivation pour le rôle et enclencher le process. Puis, 6 entretiens de 1h avec des membres de l'équipe rencontrés sur 3 jours. 1 discussion avec le manager pour m'annoncer l'offre.

Quel business case pourriez-vous construire pour démontrer la valeur de Salesforce pour un client potentiel ? Exemple demandés: un retailer food (GMS) qui cherche à développer un programme de fidélité, un acteur de l'outplacement/outsourcing qui cherche à déployer un programme de SMS pour contacter directement ses intérimaires, une société industrielle qui cherche à digitaliser son processus de ventes de produit complexe/nombreux paramètres, etc.

I had a very good interview process starting with Jesse & Lisa. Considering it was in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic, I was impressed we were able to handle everything virtual, with some video meetings and calls. They made the process seamless and I got all my questions answered.
