First Round:
This was very good experience. The hiring manager really was sounded very positive, smiling, was expecting positive reply. He explained about the role in depth, told about responsibilities in high level about the role.

Why in python for 10 years ?
Third Round:
There were panel of 3-4 members who where expert in different areas. They actually try to see what you know in depth. Main thing is how you handle conflict / situation /problem management. They all are having high / rich knowledge in what they ask.

Explain GIT processes so far you have seen, and tell me which one is best and why so?

What models/functions django touches when user clicks a page/url ?
Fourth Round:
This was managerial round. More questions on management/conflict/problem.
The panel was having very senior people in post. they were very cool and I was bit nervous at the start bit later was comfortable. I do not know how the 1:30 minutes passed.

Fifth round:
This was the final round. This was taken by someone very senior in technical or architect level. He has technical and managerial questions.
He gave a problem and asked the solution and testcases.
