The process was very smooth and quite enjoyable. The recruiter was very helpful and kept me updated at every step. I had all 4 interviews on the same week and got the offer on the following Tuesday with no bureaucracy or unnecessary wait. The interviewers were all very friendly, intelligent and genuinely excited about Salesforce. Most of the interviews felt more like interesting conversations where I was given plenty of opportunity to talk about what I have to offer to the role and company, as well demonstrate my capability of learning new skills. Have interviewed with big companies before, this was by far the best interview process I have experienced. An important note is that half of the interviewers were women which is a BIG change in comparison to most places, and in my opinion tells a lot about their engagement with equality.
