I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was an exciting and challenging journey. There were the traditional questions around compensation, why Salesforce, why leaving your old employer etc., but also, so much more. There were a handful of individual interviews, and also, a panel presentation. You present to a panel (of Salesforce employees) on the platform, emulating a real-life sales demonstration. The great thing is -- you're not left alone to build the presentation. I received feedback on my slides prior to the presentation and did dry runs with the hiring manager and peers before the actual presentation. Salesforce really strives to help you succeed instead of sitting back and seeing if you can make that cut. That's huge. I learned a ton and grew throughout the process. It was the most challenging interview process I've ever done, but it was also the most rewarding.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Apr 2024
Interview
Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.
