They asked me to walk through how I would design a scalable, end-to-end solution for a complex business problem. The question focused on clarifying requirements, evaluating architectural options, and demonstrating structured, customer-centric decision making.

Overall very positive. They hire smart people and bring them to the interview process. The interviews are tough, but it inspires confidence in the team. Besides being smart and thorough, the interviewers were real people, nice and seem to want to invest in a great team.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews over the course of 2 months. After being informed the team would love to have me join and that I would be a great fit, the job offer could not be given until they went through approvals. After 2 weeks, I finally followed up to be told by the recruiter that the job was now paused and not hiring. Unfortunately, the outcome was quite disappointing and unprofessional
