4 interviews with the final one being a panel interview with 6 individuals. The case study was suppose to provide enough material for 80 minutes of role playing and 30 minutes of interview discussions. The experience was a little unrealistic to ask a person to spend countless hours configuring a product for an interview process rather than talk through capabilities.

The interview process was structured, transparent, and genuinely engaging. Each stage highlighted thoughtful questions, collaborative problem-solving, and a clear vision for the role, leaving me impressed, energized, and confident in the team’s culture and long-term direction.

They asked me to walk through how I would design a scalable, end-to-end solution for a complex business problem. The question focused on clarifying requirements, evaluating architectural options, and demonstrating structured, customer-centric decision making.
General system architecture questions. How APIs work followed by a presentation / demo for a mock scenario. Mentor to help throughout the process and guide with any questions on the scenario.

Demo to panel on use case using Salesforce platform
Went through 3 rounds of interviews over the course of 2 months. After being informed the team would love to have me join and that I would be a great fit, the job offer could not be given until they went through approvals. After 2 weeks, I finally followed up to be told by the recruiter that the job was now paused and not hiring. Unfortunately, the outcome was quite disappointing and unprofessional
