I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore) in Jan 2017
Interview
I recommend the candidates not to waste your time by applying Database engineer job in this company as I am really unsure about the interview process that I attended few months before.
My understanding or assumption is, only the reference matters but not sure exactly what it is
I have around 10+ years of experience and also worked in Oracle corporation + banking experience but I didn't get shortlisted ( even though I done well)...Its up to the company wish and the hiring manager and I have nothing to comment about it
Strange part is - One example - i have got an update in my today's shift that one of the MSSQL DBA who was worked in my company 2 years before, is currently working as an Oracle DBA in Salesforce. Most of the shift persons are having different issues with their interview process and it looks to me all only for paper work. It makes me to think and feel that my time wasted.
Hence, my request to the job seekers - Don't expect or waste ur precious time and apply only if u have reference

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Singapore) in Sept 2019
Interview
Interview process went smoothly, however it was bit lengthy for me, went through more than 6 rounds, and it took more than 3 months to complete the whole process. My recruiter was very helpful and he kept me posted on updates and what next.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was contacted by email after applying on the career web site. Did a phone screen with the recruiter. I was brought in for an in-person interview later that same week. I interviewed with the hiring manager and one of her direct reports. The interview was a very open conversation with lots of back and forth. It must have gone well, because I was contacted that evening by the recruiter to go over next steps. A phone interview with the Director and VP were setup for early the next week. The phone interview focused a lot on my career goals and some of my past experience. I received a verbal offer from the recruiter later that evening. A formal offer was in my hand with in 48 hours.
