Interview
The process is smooth and easy. There are no tricky questions and most of the questions are behavioral. The interview extended from 30 minutes as scheduled to 50 minutes. We spent on most of the time talking about my portfolios.
Excellent recruitment process and support. Despite the interview process has been dragged on for a while I have felt supported and engaged throughout. First interview: competency based questions with a peer. Second interview: business case with a panel, preparing a role-play presentation.
