      Principal Interview

      13 Dec 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP

      Interview

The company approached me through a headhunter initially. Then I had a face-to-face interview with the recruiting manager (a contractor). Next was a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. -- It was pretty casual, just some easy chat like what you did, what we do, etc, at a Starbucks (because it was a weekend). Then an in-person interview with the 2nd line manager in the office after working hours. And lastly a short phone interview with the regional head.

      Question 1

No unexpected difficult questions. Most are regular ones such as how much you know about this job, this company, examples of what you did, etc..
