I have been working at emarsys full-time (More than 3 years)
Emarsys has great people. Hands down. The leadership team is constantly looking for new ways to grow the company, improve the work experience/workplace, and all while growing the company at a steady rate. I can't imagine a better work environment right now!
It is a global company and that scares some people. You might have to jump on a call early in the morning, but that's about as bad as it gets.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at emarsys (Budapest (Hungary)) in March 2015.
After the initial HR chat they gave me a homework todo. It was an easy home work, needed about 5 hours to do.
On the technical interview we have discussed the homework that I've submitted and also some technical questions.
After the technical interview I've had a three days trial with them, where I get the chance to work with the team that they wanted me to join. Of course this was also part of the interview process and the future teammates were reviewing you as well afterwards.
